Free shipping
Usual delivery is 8–15 business days after ordering, including processing. Peak periods may take longer.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for an incorrect item or specification, a manufacturing defect, or shipping damage. Keep the item in its original condition with its labels. Contact us for approval and a free return label before sending it back.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us within 48 hours of ordering and before dispatch. For delivery problems, reporting within 48 hours is recommended; it does not shorten your 30-day return window.
